Standard postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 2 - 3 working days of placing your order Standard courier deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm. We do not deliver outside the U.K. All deliveries must be signed for. Please note that our Couriers do not deliver on weekends. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate and are not guaranteed. Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delivery delays. Any discrepancies in delivery must be notified in writing within seven days of the delivery date. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of any delays and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charge (if applicable) will be added at the check-out stage of the transaction, the delivery charge will vary depending on product or products ordered.

Lenses from £5.00

Camera cases from £1.50

Selected products will be delivered Free of Charge

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including: Visa MasterCard Switch/Maestro Delta American Express.

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason. Please note we do not debit your card until the order is dispatched, and it is at this point that our contract with you commences. You will be promptly informed if such a situation arises. 

All prices quoted include Vat.

For your security, our payment clearance system has a number of built in precautions against fraudulent use of credit cards.

Please note: We only deliver to registered card holders address.

Returns
As a consumer purchasing mail order under the 'Cancellation rights (Under the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000)' you are entitled to a 7 day cancellation period. This regulation gives you the right to return the goods ordered without the need to give reason within 7 working days of receiving the item (starting the day after receipt), and by doing so to receive a full refund within 30 days of the goods arriving back to Celtic Vision, (excluding the shipping & return shipping charge). All goods must be in original packing and be unused and unopened. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods on delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the contract.

We do not sell on approval The 7 day cancellation period is not applicable to Computer Software.

If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are safely packaged we cannot be held responsible for goods returned damaged or lost while in transit. Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charges.
